Series II: Correspondence, 1985-2003 contains the incoming and outgoing correspondence of Linda Bonta, Beverly DeLong, Randolph Foster, and Wilson Rosario.

The Office of Finance and Accounting at the University of Central Florida functions as a part of the Office of Administration and Finance, whose mission is to "provide high-quality service and a safe and effective campus environment to support the university's mission of education, research, and community service." The Finance and Accounting Office is overseen by the University Controller and is responsible for budgets, accounts payable, inventory control, and other financial support services for the university.

Linda Bonda transferred these materials to the University of Central Florida Libraries, Special Collection and University Archives in 2006 (CFU2006_41).

Processing Information
Collection processed by and finding aid prepared by Jeffrey Baumiller in 2008. The materials were put into acid-free folders and boxes. Paperclips were replaced with plastic paperclips. The finding aid was updated for consistency among all collections by Mary Rubin in 2012, resulting in edition 2. The finding aid was placed into Archon, with adjustments made for Archon and resulting in edition 3, by Mary Rubin in 2015. The acquisition method field and the subjects were updated by Kryslynn Collazo in 2018, resulting in edition 4.
